The aims of Club D’Oiro

To reward all clients who are regular guests at Sonel Hotels. Shortly after registering, you will receive a Club D’Oiro access card.

The card is personal and non-transferable. Valid for one year, it may then be renewed. If you do not renew your card, you have 90 days to redeem the points; after 90 days, the card will be cancelled.

Club members should quote their membership number when making reservations and the card must be presented at check-in, together with another valid form of ID, to gain full recognition as a Club member.

Only for clients that have at least one booking in one of our Hotels.

Payments Policy:
On Departure (Check-out), unless otherwise indicated.

Our Cancellations Policy is as follows: 48 hours before the arrival. One night charge on the Credit Card after the dead-line/cancellation limit. Such charge will be credit to any subsequent booking(s), and is valid for one year from the date of its original receipt.

Modification policy:
Same as Cancellation Policy.

Child policy:
Children 0-2 years free. 2-12 years 50% reduction on food suplement.
